Winter 2020 Refunds

We are now in the process of processing refunds for club registration fees that were paid for the cancelled Winter 2020 season. A full refund of the club registration fees will be made. There are two methods of receiving the refund depending on how you originally paid the fees.

If you paid the fees online as part of the registration process, your details have been submitted to PlayHQ and they will process the refund back on to your credit/debit card. Note this may take several weeks.

If you paid by direct deposit in to our bank account, please send an email to southeastwarriorsenquiries@outlook.com including the name of the player and your bank details and we will process a refund direct to your bank account.

Please note that this does not include a refund of the Basketball Victoria licence fee. More details on this can be found on Basketball Victoria’s website.

All of us on your committee thank you for your understanding and patience through this challenging and ever changing landscape. We hope that the next 5 weeks of stage 3 restrictions has the necessary effect and we can look at getting back on court in term 4. There are some different options of how basketball will look being discussed and as soon as we have more detail, we will be in touch.
